So, I finished the zombie short story that I wrote about recently. It’s called Z, and I’ve taken Phoenix’s advice and submitted it to Pill Hill Press, who are currently open for submissions for an anthology called The Big Book Of New Short Horror, a title that sounds a little like something out of Sesame Street but which will probably be utterly terrifying.
Fingers crossed.

It was rejected on the grounds that they weren’t looking for poetry for this anthology.

Good luck!! I wish I had more of an “in” with them other than that they accepted one of my zombie stories ;o) They do some nice work on a shoestring. Are you watching their forums? They sometimes put updates on the submissions there.
I only checked them out in the first place because you recommended them…I will dive into their forums forthwith!
